It fascinates me, humans transforming nature into culture. Soil and Soul. As in all art, language struggles to capture its essence.
I like tasting at wine bars and navigating restaurant wines-by-the-glass programs, trying to translate what I am experiencing.
My notes will only highlight wines that I feel are Very Good, Special, and in very rare occasion, Profound. Don’t overthink it. The words speak for themselves.
